We respect working mothers! As we understand, the level of stress they adopt; we have a policy with flexible timing for them.

We also encourage homemakers to contribute part time from home, as they may not be able to work full time. They are the best in balancing both the responsibilities and this is a step to empower.

Thanks to the aggressive Environmental Policies of greenhouse gas reduction at Accuversa; we observe Travel Reduction plans through Remote Conferencing and Telecommuting.

Policies are:

    To utilize renewable resources like Solar PV systems & LED for lighting.

    Energy & Space utilization and careful consumption via recycling.

    Zero Energy Buildings and working with the nature's time table.

    Green IT Initiatives

    Server virtualization, storage consolidation and desktop virtualization. These actions typically improve cost and energy efficiency through optimized use of existing and new computing and storage capacity, electricity, cooling, ventilation and real estate.

    Energy Efficiency: Initiatives in this area include server room upgrades, energy measurement, printer consolidation, and PC power management. These projects have energy reduction as a major cost savings benefits.

    Asset Disposal: IT equipment recycling is the lone initiative in this category.
